Multiplexed Quantitative Proteomic Analysis | Medicine | BSB 4090, 4095F | The center uses high resolution Orbitrap mass spectrometers and isobaric tandem mass tags to quantify whole proteomes from lysates or protein-protein interactions from immunoprecipitated samples. Currently the tandem mass tag technology allows for the analysis of 6-10 samples at once.
